Our Vision
Our vision to provide quality education begins with establishing a well-structured primary school upto 5th standard,designed especially to support children from economically weaker backgrounds. This school will focus on building a strong academic foundation in subjects such as language, mathematics, and environmental studies, while also nurturing creativity, discipline, and moral values. We aim to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment with trained and compassionate teachers who use modern and activity-based teaching methods. Along with academics,equal importance will be given to extra curricular activities, health awareness, and personality development to ensure holistic growth. Affordable fee structures and scholarship support will be introduced to ensure that no child is deprived of education due to financial constraints. Through this initiative, we aspire to empower young minds with knowledge, confidence, and the skills needed to shape a brighter future for themselves and their communities

Oraganization Structure :
The organizational structure of Safiyama Foundation can be designed in a systematic and efficient manner similar to most non-profit organizations. At the top level, the foundation is governed by a Founder along with key office bearers such as the President, Vice President, and Trustees, who are responsible for setting the vision, policies, and strategic direction. Below them, a management team handles day-to-day operations, including program planning, financial management, and coordination of activities. Further, project coordinators and field staff implement various educational and charitable initiatives at the ground level. Volunteers and community members formthe grassroots support system,helping in execution and outreach. This type of structured hierarchy ensures proper governance, accountability,andsmooth functioning of all activities within the foundation.
Transparency :
The financial management of the Safiyama Foundation shall be carried out with utmost transparency, accountability, and integrity to ensure proper utilization of funds for its intended charitable purposes. All funds received through donations, grants, corporate contributions, or public funding shall be recorded systematically and maintained through proper books of accounts in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Foundation shall prepare an annual budget outlining projected income and expenditure, and all expenses shall be incurred strictly as per the approved budget and objectives of the organization. Regular financial reviews shall be conducted by the management, and annual accounts shall be audited by a qualified auditor to ensure compliance and accuracy. For effective financial control, the Foundation shall maintain a dedicated bank account in the name of the organization. The operation of the bank account shall be jointly managed by authorized signatories. The primary signing authorities shall include the Founder, President, and Vice President of the Foundation. Any two of the three authorized members shall jointly sign and approve all financial transactions, including withdrawals, cheque issuances, and online transfers, to ensure checks and balances. In case of any changes in office bearers, the signing authority shall be updated with the bank through proper resolutions passed by the governing body. This structured approach ensures financial discipline, preventsmisuse of funds, and strengthens the trust of donors and stakeholders.

The selection process typically begins with the identification or nomination of potential candidates by the existing board members or founding members,followed by a thorough evaluation of their background, professional experience, and willingness to contribute actively to the Foundation’s objectives. Preference is given to individuals from diverse fields such as education, finance, law, and social work, ensuring a well-rounded and balanced board capable of making informed decisions. Onces hortlisted, candidates may be invited for discussions or interviews to assess their vision, alignment with the Foundation’s goals, and ability to uphold fiduciary responsibilities. Final approval of trustees is granted by the governing body or founding authority, as per the trust deed regulations. Upon selection, trustees are formally appointed and entrusted with the responsibility of guiding the Foundation’s strategic direction, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and safeguarding the interests of beneficiaries.
