The final decision-making authority of the foundation rests jointly with the Founder, President, andVicePresident,ensuring a balanced and accountable leadership structure. While the foundation may have various committees, trustees,and advisory members who contribute ideas, recommendations, and operational support, all major decisions—especially those related to policy approval, financial commitments, strategic direction, project implementation,andorganizational changes—must be reviewed and approved by this core leadership group.
The Founder holds a key role in safeguarding the original vision, mission, and long-termobjectives of thefoundation.The President is responsible for overseeing the overall administration, ensuring that decisions alignwithorganizationalgoals and are effectively implemented.
